At Clarke Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, individualized care. In order to respect both our providers’ time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. Most services will incur a $50 cancellation fee; however, appointments that require extended time blocks, such as injections, dermal fillers, and other premium treatments—will require a higher non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, many of our appointments require extended time blocks, and last-minute changes significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the flow of our day.
Membership Clients:
Members are held to the same standard. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, a $50 fee will be deducted from your client bank.
